MATTHEW L. MCDANIEL
ATTORNEY
Matthew grew up in the Cincinnati area and graduated on a full scholarship from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York in 2003. He later earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011. Since passing the bar and entering private law practice over a decade ago, Matthew has represented hundreds of clients in a wide range of high-stakes lawsuits and disputes involving divorce, family law, and contested civil litigation. Matthew continues to provide legal representation to individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes across Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
Prior to entering law practice, Matthew served as an officer aboard U.S.-flagged, unlimited-tonnage, commercial cargo ships operating in international trade routes. During this time, he was responsible for interpreting and implementing many of the transportation regulations under CFR Title 49, which contains the legal requirements for the safe operation of high-tonnage cargo vessels in U.S. and International waters.
Outside of law practice, Matthew spends time with his family, stays current with new legal developments, and follows Cincinnati professional sports.

Ashley started at McDaniel Law, LLC in September of 2018. Prior to her involvement, Ashley served as executive director at several health care and senior living campuses across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. In this capacity, Ashley managed and exercised oversight of several multi-million dollar corporate accounts and reported directly to the executive officers of these corporate entities.
Ashley graduated in 2010 with a B.S. in Health Services Management from Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis. She is originally from a small town outside of Independence, Kentucky.
